EP #200: Generosity is in all the Niches with Bob DePasquale

If generosity will make you “rich” and the “riches are in the niches”…

…then generosity is in all the niches.

Great leaders are able to understand the work experience of their people. They might have a prominent leadership style but they are able to adapt to others’ needs. They can’t rely on a niche style to get them through.

A niched leader is a limited leader.

I used the transitive property to identify that you should be able to morph into each team members unique, niched, psyche to help them have the most enjoyable work experience. In other words, you can and need to use generosity in all the niches to build the workplace culture of growth you desire.
