There are endless amounts of distractions in the world these days.  Sadly, we’ve conditioned ourselves to seek them out.  It feel’s good to find one when we you have even the slightest amount of stress.  It’s a terrible habit loop.

Derick Johnson had what most would call a challenging upbringing.  He doesn’t see that way.  An environment is something that can be morphed into what you need to have the life you desire.  Productivity, success, and fulfillment are all different things but can be made to work together.  Don’t let either of them slip through the cracks.  This episode is full of tools to use to make it happen.
