EP #203: How to Lead Better Meetings with Bob DePasquale
Most meetings are a waste of time.

This doesn’t mean they have to be, though. In fact, I know you can lead the most productive meetings you’ve ever seen. You just have to lead less of them.
There are certain things that should and some that should not be a part of meetings. I have a few of these for you and a perspective shift on what’s most important in your all team meetings.

Have a generous day.
