The way you ask questions matters.

We all have our list of cliché pleasantries.

My favorite is, “What’s up?”. Do I really care what is up? I like to think so but it’s not always the case.

Generous workplace culture is full of people who really care about the well-being of others. They want to know how they can be helpful.

I have 3 questions that are generous twist on some more typical ones that are used in the workplace.

Great leaders will make people feel like they really care.

And you do really care, right?
