EP #212: Running a Clean Business

What do shampoo and conditioner have to do with your business?

I’m not haircare expert but I like to have things conditioned before they’re shampooed - in business at least.

I had one of those shower revelation moments recently and trust me, I wasn’t singing.

I thought about the importance of running a clean business and how important it is to do from the inside out. You have to condition your people and your culture before you can display a squeaky-clean public image.

So, I’m not sure if you should use conditioner or shampoo first in the shower but I am sure that’s the right order when it comes to building a business and a generous workplace culture.

Stay clean and…

Have a generous day.
